Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Ghostfeed, operated by Landon Powers ("Ghostfeed", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Ghostfeed.
1. What Ghostfeed does
Ghostfeed researches short-form video trends for a niche you choose and produces finished videos for that niche on a recurring basis. You review each video, approve or reject it, and approved videos are published to social accounts you have connected, on a schedule.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Log-in is by a code sent to your email, so keep access to that inbox secure.
- One subscription covers one channel. Running a second channel requires a second subscription.
3. Billing
- Ghostfeed is a subscription billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor.
- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and email us, we will refund that payment in full. After that, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods.
- Prices may change. We will give you notice before a change affects your renewal.
- Promotional codes and referral rewards are applied as described when issued and have no cash value.
4. The line between what we do and what you do
Ghostfeed produces video content for the niche you choose. That is our part.
Yours: nothing is published to your accounts until you approve it. Once you approve a video, you are the publisher of it. You are responsible for:
- following the rules and terms of each platform you post to;
- any disclosure those platforms require, including AI-generated or paid-partnership labels;
- the accuracy and legality of every claim, figure, name, and statement in what you publish;
- making sure your chosen niche and content are lawful and something you are willing to stand behind.
If a platform restricts, demonetizes, or removes your account or a post, that is between you and that platform. Ghostfeed is not responsible for platform decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Ghostfeed to produce or publish content that is illegal, that infringes someone's rights, that impersonates a real person, that harasses or targets an individual, or that a connected platform's rules prohibit. We do not maintain a list of banned niches, but we may decline or stop service for content that creates legal risk or violates the terms of the tools and platforms the service depends on (including the AI provider and the social platforms). You are responsible for the choices you make within the service.
6. AI-generated content
Videos are produced using AI tools. AI output can contain errors, awkward phrasing, or inaccurate statements. The review step exists for you to catch these before publishing. We pre-screen each video with an automated check, but that check is a help, not a guarantee, and it does not replace your review.
7. No guarantees
- Ghostfeed does not promise any number of views, followers, watch time, revenue, or growth. Results depend on your niche, your posting, the platforms, and factors outside anyone's control.
- Ghostfeed is a content tool. It is not legal, financial, medical, tax, or investment advice.
- The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and useful but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Your content and ours
- The videos we deliver to you are yours to publish on your connected accounts and to use for your channel. You are free to keep and post them.
- You grant us permission to generate, store, and transmit content and to access your connected accounts as needed to run the service.
- Ghostfeed's own name, site, and software remain ours.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ghostfeed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost followers, lost revenue, or platform actions against your accounts. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid Ghostfeed in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to cover Ghostfeed against claims, losses, and costs arising from content you approved and published, from your use of the service, or from your breach of these terms.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Ghostfeed and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms, if your use creates legal or platform risk, or if we stop offering the service. If we end your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid, unused period.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above and ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in. If you do not accept, you should stop using the service and cancel.
13. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are the whole agreement between you and Ghostfeed about the service.
